Chassis
Further to scews and bolts which have to come up to utmost safety and strength standards just in the chassis range, ESKA manufactures ball pins and cores for rubber-to metal elements to meet the dynamic requirements of an up-to-date chassis. Both large cold-formed parts up to a flange diameter of 70 mm cold-formed parts and sheet plates are included in the production program.
Main applications
Main applications can be found in the fields:
- threaded assemblies (wheel suspension, axle etc.)
- cold-formed parts of larger diameters pressed on up to six forming stages and thereafter mechanically finished and completed with other parts to sup-assemblies
