The excellent forming degree achieved by ESKA in the manufacture with its four-to six-stage presses often renders any mechanical processing unnecessary with the exception of thread rolling.

For some special parts featuring special geometrical shapes, tolerances and functional parameters, however, the technological possibilities of cold forming may necessitate mechanical processing to manufacture the finished product in compliance with the specifications.

This processing capability was established by ESKA in the own company, too.

Excellently qualified experts operate partially CNC-controlled and automated lathes, grinders, rolling, shaping and cutting machines to give required shape to the finished products.

Thanks to specially configured production lines and the fully-automatic internal handling system, the products can be directly transferred from basic forming to subsequent processing. This is an efficient process not requiring any particular logistic expenditure and minimizing the risk of part confusions.
