Deletion of personal data

Personal data will be deleted if the purpose to save them ceases to exist and retention of data is not prescribed by any legal rule (for instance, with regard to the legal retention period). As far as said deletion is not possible due to legally, contrctually, commercially and/or fiscally requird reasons, processing of data can be restricted on the data subject´s request.
