Why ESKA?

The company ESKA Automotive GmbH has been an attractive and well-experienced training institution for youngsters for many years. Vocational training is an important measure to actually train-up the top performers of tomorrow. Training at ESKA takes place as joint training. We have chosen "Volkswagen Bildunsinstitut GmbH" and "Bildungswerkstatt Chemnitz GmbH" as partners in this field. Benefits of said joint training are high practical relvance on-site and training with our perartners perfectly matched with the respective trainee. ESKA organizes an Apprentices´Day every year. This event is used to become better acquainted wth the company and. first of all, with other apprentices. We cnsider this important to offer a conversant and convenient environment to the apprentices and, thus, to create best prerequisites for successful training.
