We closely accompany the entire development process: from the initial idea to design and simulation to validation in our in-house laboratory.

ZWICK® Z250 tensile/compression testing machine

  • Evaluation of the static-mechanical properties of screws/sleeves under tension/compression, non-contact Evaluation of elongation using a video extensometer
  • Fmax: 250 kN
  • Special fixtures for testing complete bolts in accordance with ISO 898-1
  • Evaluation of load/unload cycles on sleeves

TesT® friction test bench

  • Determination of friction coefficients (total / head / thread) according to international customer specifications

  • Portable measuring device for measuring low-resistance values
  • Adjustable test current from 100 mA to 100 A for measurements on electrical contact screw connections, particularly in the field of electromobility
  • Accuracy of 0.25% of the reading value and with a resolution of up to 1 nΩ;

RSM401 UA (HWH) laboratory friction welding machine

  • Friction welding of a wide variety of materials such as copper, aluminum, stainless steels, and many more.
  • Calculation of friction cross-sections and design of the welding zone geometry.
  • Conducting experimental welding tests to determine the limits and weldability.

Temperature chamber Vötschtechnik LabEvent T/210/70/5

  • Test series under dynamic temperature stress between -70°C and +180°C
