Apprentice Day: Learning Together. Growing Together.

A break from the daily grind and a day full of new experiences: At our 2026 Trainee Day, the focus was on one thing above all else—getting to know each other, sharing ideas, and fostering team spirit.

We kicked things off with a visit to the ESKA manufacturing site in Bärenstein, where our trainees gained exciting insights into the processes and the on-site work environment.

Afterward, we headed to the Rabenberg Sports Park. Following lunch together, various team games awaited our future employees. These activities required cooperation, communication, and, of course, plenty of fun.

It was a varied day that showed: for us, training isn’t just about learning together—it’s also about experiencing things together.

It was great that you were all there and made the Trainee Day such a successful experience.
