Which grinding processes do we use at ESKA?

There are many different methods of grinding workpieces. In centerless grinding, mainly cylindrical workpieces are processed between a rotating grinding wheel and a regulating wheel. The trick: The workpiece rests on a ruler that ensures precise positioning while the wheels rotate in opposite directions.
Thanks to this technology, the part remains stable in place – ideal for processing ejectors, punches or even workpieces that first need a preliminary sanding.
Sounds interesting? It really is!
