Work at the pre-assembly stationArbeiten am Vorrüstplatz

Before a single screw is formed at ESKA, a crucial process is already underway in the background: pre-setup.
The pre-setup station is a work area outside the actual machines in production. Here, setup processes are prepared in parallel with ongoing production. This means that tools are prepared, fixtures are cleaned and production data is precisely tailored to the next production order.
This has the following advantage: the better prepared the tools are when they arrive at the machine, the shorter the set-up times, the more stable the processes and the more consistent the component quality.
For good screws, the work does not begin in pure production, but before that.
