As cold forming technology offers other possible solutions for a specific task than machining technology, its subsequent manufacture should be defined in detail at an early stage when designing a new component.

A cost-effective design goes hand in hand with a cold-forming-compatible design, while at the same time the geometry is optimized for reliable production.

Our customers’ requirements extend far beyond the actual product. They begin with the development of solutions for specific applications, the production of test parts and prototypes and extend beyond series delivery to a seamless quality management system.

ESKA therefore offers a wide variety of geometries adapted to the respective application. These include, for example, knurls and undercuts for trigger and anti-twist protection.
