Testing in the temperature chamber

To ensure that our screws and fasteners can withstand even extreme conditions, it is not just a matter of manufacturing them to the highest quality standards, but also of understanding how the components behave under different conditions.
That is why, for example, we carry out extensive testing in our Vötsch Technik LabEvent T/210/70/5 temperature chamber.
Here, we simulate extreme temperature fluctuations from –70 °C to +180 °C to analyse how materials and preload forces change under dynamic temperature conditions.
The results of these tests help us to further optimise our fasteners and ensure that they function reliably even under extreme operating conditions.
