Looking Back: Schau Rein! 2026

Last week, as part of “Schau rein!”—Open Company Week—we welcomed 12 students to our facility.

Through two guided tours of our production facilities, we were able to provide insights into the work at ESKA and into the career fields of industrial mechanics and electronics technicians for industrial engineering. These tours offered a real-world look at what modern industrial production is really like.

It’s always wonderful to see young people experience technology and production firsthand. And we, too, take away valuable insights from the day and our conversations with the participants.
