Electrical foreman (m/f/d)

We are looking for an electrical foreman (m/f/d) to join our team.

First things first

• Starting salary of 45.000 € gross per year with potential for increase
• Christmas bonus: ½ gross monthly salary
• 38-hour workweek
• 30 days of vacation
• Flexible working hours
• Work location is Chemnitz; no field work, no assembly
• Liaison between the team leader and electricians (7 electricians working in shifts)
• Short decision-making processes, especially within the team

What you offer

• Training as an electronics technician, electrician, or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or equivalent
• Professional experience in maintenance, service, and commissioning of machinery and systems
• Technical understanding and ability to work confidently in accordance with standards and quality requirements
• Initial experience in team leadership, e.g., as a shift supervisor or similar role
• High degree of initiative, communication skills, and a sense of responsibility
• Very good German language skills and a valid work permit for Germany

• Technical support for the electrical team
• Coordination of maintenance orders
• Optimization of maintenance processes
• Spare parts management
• Overseeing onboarding programs and trainees
