Logistics Machine Operator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Logistics Machine Operator (m/f/d) for our location in Chemnitz. Your responsibilities will range from setting up and operating packaging, testing, and sorting machines to performing quality control and preparing goods and materials.
First things first
- 38-hour workweek
- 30 days of vacation
- Christmas bonus: ½ gross monthly salary
- 30-minute paid break daily (in a shift system)
- Overtime pay for night shifts (up to 50%), overtime, Sundays, and holidays
- Work location: Chemnitz, Blankenburgstraße 81
What you offer
- Completed technical vocational training, preferably in the metalworking or skilled trades sector
- Experience operating industrial trucks is desirable
- Ability to read technical drawings and perform quality control
- Professional experience in machine operation
- Willingness to work three shifts
- German language proficiency at least at the B2 level and a valid work permit for Germany
Your tasks and areas of responsibility
- Setting up and operating packaging, testing, and sorting machines
- Preparing and properly handling goods, load carriers, and auxiliary materials
- Conducting visual, dimensional, and positional inspections in accordance with quality specifications
- Ensuring the functionality and accuracy of production equipment, e.g., through control weighings or limit sample inspections
